Job Overview Monterey MD Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the daily operations of our front office run smoothly. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries efficiently, schedule appointments, and take detailed messages when necessary. Respond to client questions via phone, email, text, and in person. Maintain accurate appointment schedules and client records. Perform clerical and administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, proofreading, and document preparation. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to manage daily administrative tasks. Support office operations through calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating staff appointments. Maintain an organized reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked and inventoried. Process client payments and assist with point-of-sale transactions. Assist with bookkeeping tasks and administrative projects as assigned. Assist the provider during some of the treatments Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred but not required. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and multi-line phone systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy. Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred. Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is a plus. Experience in a medical office, medical spa, or aesthetic practice is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
