Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to support a busy law office. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while assisting with administrative and clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls; take messages when necessary. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence. Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and paper). Assist with document preparation, scanning, and data entry. Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar. Support attorneys and staff with general secretarial tasks as needed. Maintain front desk area and conference rooms in a neat and orderly condition. Qualifications Previous experience in an office or receptionist role (legal office experience preferred but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Professional appearance and demeanor. Additional Information This role requires reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. The receptionist plays an essential role in maintaining the smooth operation and welcoming atmosphere of the office.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
