Responsibilities:
Welcome residents and families upon entrance. Act as the point of reference for residents and families who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements. Understand residents and family's needs and provide them with personalized solutions. Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations for our residents and families. Arrange events, excursions, transportation, etc. upon request from residents and families. Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls. Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution for residents and families.Skills:
Proven experience as a concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage. Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills. Polite and confident with a great deal of patience. Ability in multitasking and time-management. Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation. A high school diploma; degree in a relevant field will be a plus.Work Schedule:
Full-time Tuesday- Saturday 2:00pm
- 10:00pm Part-time Sunday
- Monday 2:00pm
