Job Description

We are looking for a welcoming and dependable Receptionist to support daily office operations. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, keeping shared spaces organized, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. The role is onsite and offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-organized office environment through strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and create a courteous, friendly front-desk experience for clients and guests.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with internal team members to help office activities run smoothly.
  • Maintain common areas such as the breakroom and front office by keeping them neat, stocked, and presentable.
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail and manage basic document handling tasks, including scanning paperwork.
  • Monitor overall office appearance and address routine organizational needs throughout the day.
  • Support purchasing coordination by handling order requests for office-related needs.
  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed to help maintain efficient office operations.
