Our clients are often planning for their family's future, protecting loved ones, or navigating sensitive life transitions, so the way they are greeted, followed up with, and cared for matters deeply. We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Part-Time Intake Specialist & Receptionist to join our team and help create an excellent client experience from the very first phone call. About the Role This is not just a front-desk position. This person will often be the first voice a prospective client hears and an important part of how clients experience the firm. The right person will enjoy talking with people, staying organized, following up consistently, and helping prospective clients take the next step toward scheduling a consultation. This role is ideal for someone who is service-minded, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow as the firm expands. What You'll Do In this role, you will help support both prospective clients and existing clients by:
- Answering incoming phone calls and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Following up with prospective clients and helping move them through the intake process
- Scheduling consultations and managing Attorney Michael Stewart's calendar
- Updating and maintaining client information in the firm's CRM
- Preparing and organizing estate planning binders and documents for signing appointments
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Keeping client files, records, and contact information accurate and organized Who You Are You may be a strong fit for this role if you:

- Want to grow with a firm that is building for the future Experience That Would Be Helpful The ideal candidate may have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Reception or front-office support
- Customer service or client care
- Sales support, intake, or appointment setting
- Administrative support
- Law firm or professional services office experience
- CRM, scheduling, or client management software Prior law firm experience is helpful, but not required. A strong client-service mindset, reliability, and follow-through are more important. Position Details

$25 per hour. Candidates with prior law firm, estate planning, intake, CRM, or appointment-setting experience may be considered at the higher end of the range.Start Date:
