401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ashtel Studios is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees. This role is responsible for maintaining a professional front office, coordinating daily administrative tasks, and supporting multiple departments with office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Greet visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while creating a welcoming and professional office environment. Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Manage conference room scheduling and assist with meeting coordination. Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages (approximately 3-5 inbound shipments per day). Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments for Sales, Marketing, Production, and Design teams (approximately 5-10 shipments per day). Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing sample inventory. Keep the reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, and shared spaces clean, organized, and presentation-ready. Order and maintain office, kitchen, and general business supplies while monitoring inventory levels. Assist with data entry and general administrative support for Sales, E-Commerce, QA, and other departments. Run occasional business errands and assist with special projects as needed. Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and organized workplace. Qualifications Previous experience in reception, office administration, or administrative support role preferred. Bilingual skills are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor. High attention to detail and strong follow-through. Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a proactive, team-first attitude.
