If interested please email resume' to mindym@baltescpa.com Position open with accounting firm. Must be organized, responsible and self motivated. Able to work as a team player and report to/take direction from Firm Administrator. Grammar/proofreading and transcribing skills a must.
Computer skills required:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. CPA firm and/or other Professional office experience a plus. (Hourly wage commensurate with experience) Covering front Reception Desk and administrative tasks. Greeting Clients. Telephone Duties. Scheduling Appointments. Maintaining Due Date List and Client Database. Monitoring and Tracking Tax Returns/Financial Statements. Typing and Assembly of Financial Statements. Correspondence/Transcription. Typing Correspondence and Form Letters. Assembly/Type Checking- Documents. Assembly
