Job Description

Our busy spa is looking for a dedicated, highly reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business. We need someone who is adaptable, loves working with people, and takes pride in being a dependable cornerstone of our daily operations.

Availability & Reliability Our Schedule:
To best support our team and clients, the schedule will include a steady mix of some weekdays as well as weekends, covering both opening and closing shifts . If your availability is strictly limited to only weekdays or only morning shifts, this won't be the right match for you! Dependability is
Key:
Our front desk is the heartbeat of the spa and handles our opening and closing. Arriving on time, every time, is incredibly important to ensure our peaceful environment runs smoothly for both our guests and our therapists.
Key Responsibilities Client Experience:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure a seamless, relaxing experience.
Schedule Management:
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and accurately book/manage appointments for our therapists.
Financial Transactions:
Efficiently process payments and handle point-of-sale transactions using Booker and Clover systems.
Daily Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and assist with light office management tasks.
What We're Looking For Location & Commute:
Job Location:
100% In-Person (Remote work is not available).
Commute Preference:
To ensure reliable punctuality, the ideal candidate should live within 15 miles of the spa . This includes areas ranging from San Mateo to San Jose, as well as Fremont .
Experience & Skills:
Spa/Salon Experience:
Previous experience working in a spa or salon environment is preferred, but not required (we will train the right person!).
Tech-Savvy:
Experience with digital scheduling and POS software
Communication:
Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills.
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
