Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in California. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing a busy phone line, welcoming visitors, and handling confidential information with discretion. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and an experienced approach to administrative support in a detail-oriented office environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and staff in a courteous manner while creating an organized and detail-oriented front-desk experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring messages are accurate and routed promptly.
  • Support day-to-day administrative activities such as managing incoming requests, tracking priorities, and assisting with assigned office tasks.
  • Prepare, organize, and safeguard sensitive documents and information in accordance with confidentiality expectations.
  • Coordinate with leadership and client contacts to provide updates on assignments, timelines, and service-related concerns.
  • Assist with additional projects as business needs evolve and help maintain smooth office operations.
  • Monitor the reception area to ensure visitors are assisted efficiently and internal teams receive timely support.
