This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fitness, connecting with people, and creating a welcoming experience for clients. The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, helping create a positive studio environment while assisting with daily operations, client communication, sales, and social media content. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, comfortable interacting with clients, and able to work independently. This is a part-time position with approximately 8-15 hours per week , primarily evening availability Monday-Thursday, with occasional weekend availability for studio events and special promotions. Duties & Responsibilities Welcome clients and create a warm, welcoming studio experience Check clients into classes and assist with client questions Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries Assist with membership and class package sales Build relationships with members and help create a strong studio community Capture photos and videos during classes for social media content Create Canva graphics and promotional posts for studio events and announcements Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready studio environment Restock retail products and studio supplies Assist with coordinating instructor coverage/substitute requests Support studio events, challenges, and community-building activities Communicate any client feedback, concerns, or studio needs to management Perform other studio support tasks as needed Experience & Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or fitness industry experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping others Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok experience is a plus) Basic Canva experience preferred Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Ability to work independently and take initiative Interest in fitness, wellness, or boutique studios is a plus
