About us: LHR Insurance is a family-owned business serving clients across insurance, tax preparation, and DMV services. We're looking for a seasonal Office Assistant to join our Riverbank office for tax season.
Job summary:
This is a seasonal position running from mid-November through mid-April, ideal for someone looking for seasonal work rather than a long-term role. You'll support a fast-paced office by handling high call volumes and assisting across our insurance, tax, and DMV departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls Greet and assist clients in a fast-paced office environment Provide support across multiple departments, including insurance, taxes, and DMV services Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and client needs at once Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members in both
English and Spanish Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes Willingness to work across different departments, including insurance, taxes, and DMV Must be available to work the full duration of tax season (mid-November through mid-April)
