Full Job Description Description:
The Receptionist performs general administrative duties, to include answering phones, mail sorting, scanning and uploading. The Receptionist will also assist other administrative staff with indexing, overflow work, word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks.

Full-time, Non-exempt position, Rocklin Location , Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-4:30

EK Health Services Inc. 6970 Destiny Drive Rocklin, CA 95677 Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Promptly answer callers' questions and requests from clients, managers, or coworkers, as needed Professional interaction with all callers, including Nurses, Insurance Adjusters, and other medical professionals Scanning, uploading, and indexing mail and case documents into the appropriate electronic locations Assist with the distribution of outgoing facsimiles Mail processing, sorting, distribution and/or scanning Review and processing of front desk emails Other duties as assigned
Pay & Perks:
Pay - $17.00 -$19.00 per hour DOE Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid Holidays Requirements:
Must be Punctual and Dependable. High School Diploma required, some college or college degree preferred Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment Professional demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills Must be computer literate with a high comfort level with software including: (MS Word, MS Excel, Email and Internet) Must be accurate and efficient Must possess an active driver's license and auto insurance Able to maintain focus and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment Ability to multi-task in an open, high traffic office environment (not easily distracted) Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions. Ability to lift to 20 lbs.
Physical Requirements:
Candidate must be able to sit the majority of an 8-hour day except for lunch and break times. Candidate must be able to keyboard the majority of an 8-hour day except for lunch and break times. Candidate must have manual dexterity. Candidate must be able to speak on the telephone intermittently throughout the day. Candidate must be able to read and write English fluently.
