Job Description
Description Our client is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to manage daily front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office workflow. Key Responsibilities
+ Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
+ Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
+ Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
+ Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
+ Maintain visitor logs and support office security procedures
+ Order and monitor office and kitchen supplies
+ Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
+ Assist with onboarding logistics and general office coordination
+ Support special projects and other administrative duties as needed Requirements + 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
+ Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in a corporate, healthcare, or professional office setting
+ Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and visitor management tools
