Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Schedule appointments and manage client communications. Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services. Process payments and manage financial transactions. Maintain accurate and organized records. Support our veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in veterinary client service or as a veterinary assistant preferred. Friendly, outgoing, and able to support our high standard of care. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment. Passionate about animals and providing excellent client service.
