Front Desk Concierge - Luxury Salon & Spa (Part-Time) We are seeking a poised, polished, and service-oriented Front Desk Concierge to join our team at our upscale salon and spa. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using salon management software Support sale of service, and retail products Service room preparation Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and retail areas

Qualifications:

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or salon/spa customer service required Highly groomed, polished appearance and impeccable etiquette Strong computer and scheduling software skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills French-speaking candidates are a plus Prior knowledge of Shopify, mindbody, and point of sale are a plus too
