Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who interacts with us. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling mail distribution. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting Assist with administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning documents, and managing office supplies inventory. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while ensuring confidentiality. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Prior experience as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is a plus; familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is advantageous. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management skills. Pay:
