Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the facility Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records Assist with office management tasks Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and maintaining organized files Qualifications Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles Strong computer skills with proficiency Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Bilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and filing tasks Clerical experience that includes customer service, calendar management, and administrative support Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and become an integral part of a vibrant organization committed to delivering outstanding service.
