Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual receptionist to support a busy property management team in Santa Barbara, California. This Contract position will provide front-desk and call coordination coverage for approximately 3 to 4 months, with the possibility of longer-term opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of inbound communication in a fast-moving office environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome callers and visitors with a courteous, service-oriented approach in both English and a second language.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members, and relay accurate messages promptly.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities to help the office run smoothly during a high-volume coverage period.
  • Provide general administrative support by assisting with scheduling, communication follow-up, and basic office organization.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and connect residents, vendors, and internal staff with the right point of contact.
  • Maintain a calm and efficient presence while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced property management setting.
