Drive Growth:
Educate patients about treatments, skincare products, packages, memberships, and special offerings. Help convert inquiries into appointments and encourage appropriate additional services.

Work closely with our providers and aesthetic team and contribute ideas for improving the patient experience and growing the practice. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, retail, beauty, medical spa, or similar experience preferred High school diploma required; additional education welcomed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable learning scheduling, payment, CRM, and practice-management software Prior aesthetics, beauty, skincare, luxury retail, hospitality, or medical spa experience is a plus Most importantly: you should be genuinely excited about aesthetics and wellness.
