Two of a Kind is an LA-based brow studio specializing in waxing + tinting + lamination. We pride ourselves on providing thoughtful customer service, all while maintaining a supportive team culture. We are looking for friendly and talented Front Desk Associates to join our team and represent the Two of a Kind brand. Our Front Desk Associates play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio. This role is the face of the brand, providing excellent customer service, managing client appointments, assisting with retail, and supporting our in-studio team. We are opening our second location in a few months, and are looking for more talented Front Desk Associates to join the team! Responsibilities:

Greet clients with warm, welcoming energy Help create an exceptional in-studio experience Answer calls, texts, emails, and other client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and manage client appointments using our booking system Respond confidently to questions about our services, policies, and retail products Check clients in and keep appointments running smoothly and on time Process client checkouts, including payments, gratuities, retail, and rebooking Assist with retail sales by recommending products and maintaining a clean, organized display Handle client concerns with care, escalating to management when appropriate Respond to client inquiries through Instagram and other communication channels Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk, retail area, and studio environment Support team members throughout the day to ensure smooth studio operations Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed Represent the Two of a Kind brand with professionalism, warmth, and a client-first mindset Jump in wherever needed to support the studio and team

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm, welcoming, and outgoing personality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy, client-facing environment Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative Experience in a front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service role preferred Experience in beauty, wellness, or hospitality environments is a plus Comfortable learning scheduling, point-of-sale, and other studio systems Interest in beauty and enthusiasm for learning about brow and lash services Positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to deliver memorable customer service About Two of a
