Front Desk Studio Support — Santa Monica & Venice Locations Karen Lord Pilates Movement is seeking an exceptional front desk team member to support operations at our Santa Monica and Venice studios. This is a client-facing position at a high-end Pilates studio, and we're looking for someone reliable, personable, and professional to join our team.

Availability Requirements:

15 hours per week minimum In addition to this base schedule, there will be other shifts at varying times each week that will will be available if you'd like additional shifts. After the summer some additional fixed shifts will be available as well should you desire that. Additional coverage opportunities are available throughout the week at all four of our locations. With an opportunity to expand your base shifts as available.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and checking in clients Managing purchases, bookings, and schedule adjustments via Mindbody (training provided) Supporting trainers with music management and studio reset Providing top-tier customer service in a professional setting

Who We're Looking For:

A warm, confident communicator with a friendly demeanor and team-first attitude Comfortable working in a luxury studio environment Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Experience with Mindbody is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person
