FRONT DESK COORDINATOR WANTED
HELP US CREATE AMAZING FIRST IMPRESSIONS!
You know that feeling when you walk into a business and immediately think: "These people really care." That's the feeling we want every child and parent to have when they walk through our doors. And that starts with YOU. We're looking for a warm, organized, energetic Front Desk Coordinator to become one of the first friendly faces of our pediatric dental practice. This isn't just a "sit at the front desk and answer phones" position. You'll help set the tone for the entire patient experience. Our mission is to help children grow up without fear of the dentist by creating positive experiences built on compassion, honesty, trust, education, and exceptional care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm Answer incoming calls and help families schedule appointments Create an excellent experience from the very first phone call Coordinate the schedule and help keep the day running smoothly Confirm appointments and communicate with families Collect and enter patient and insurance information Help explain financial and scheduling information clearly Check patients in and out Collect payments as appropriate Help parents understand what happens next Support the clinical team and communicate throughout the day Help create the kind of service families tell their friends about

THE DETAILS
Location:
225 W Hillcrest Dr, suite 203 Thousand Oaks, CA Dental experience: Minimum of 1 year If you want a front-office role where your personality, communication skills, and ability to connect with people truly matter, we'd love to meet you.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
