Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Your positive attitude and professional demeanor will set the tone for a productive and friendly environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your office management skills, streamline administrative tasks, and support daily operations with efficiency and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining visitor logs Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks Support calendar management and coordinate meetings or appointments for staff members Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong clerical skills including filing, proofreading, and calendar management Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required This role is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a professional environment while honing their administrative expertise. Pay:
$23.35 per hour
