Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various clerical tasks. Including answering and transferring incoming calls. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail. This position is friday-Sunday. Responsibilities Greet and assist residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Assisting Resident questions with care and compassion. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and presentable. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Assist with the scheduling of appointments for residents. Responsible for incoming mail, sorting and routing. Support personal assistant functions as required by management. Ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized efficiently. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office productivity. Experience Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
