Position requires a professional manner, the ability to handle a multi-line phone system and computer literacy. Candidate must be client oriented, and willing to multi-task. There will be heavy interaction with clients and the public via phone and in person. Successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction within our team and with clients, meeting specific administrative needs of our team, and providing the full range of administrative support to our corporate executive team. Additionally, you will be expected to support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business within our office. Legal experience is not required; we will train the right person to fit our team's needs. Salary commensurate with experience. Please send resume and cover letter.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years previous experience working as a receptionist/administrative assistant is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, is required
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort and experience interfacing with various levels of staff and management, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Polished professional with outgoing attitude, can-do spirit and a team player
- Experience with client intake and customer service
