As our Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that greets clients, coordinates appointments, and keeps our front desk humming smoothly. You'll balance compassion and efficiency to create a positive experience for every visitor. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments Manage client records and process payments accurately Liaise with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service or veterinary reception (preferred) Love for animals and empathy for pet owners Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with computers and scheduling systems Ability to stay calm and friendly in busy situations
