Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, date entry for intake, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, basic technical skills, and a friendly demeanor. We look forward to adding another individual to our fun team. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to support office operations Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and simple cleaning Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing client communication, and maintaining accurate records Requirements Previous experience as a front desk receptionist is a plus but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to type accurately at a steady pace while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and organizational talent will make a meaningful difference every day!
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
