Grand Junction, CO Employment Type:
Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
Salary:
$16-18 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role will perform daily flow of operations in the front office, assisting in the preparation of charts and patient care for the providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and check them in/out for appointments Answer phone calls and take detailed messages for the providers Maintain office inbox and schedule appointments Verify orders as they are received and ensure appointments are scheduled with correct providers Register patients appropriately and process, file and upload corresponding paperwork Review physicals to ensure completeness with patient Keep the reception area clean and organized Provide administrative support to other employees and providers when necessary All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
