Job Description

Job Summary The Paw Spa Grooming & Pet Hotel is seeking a friendly, organized, and animal-loving front desk receptionist. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, so a warm, welcoming personality and excellent customer service skills are essential. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries. As well as scheduleing grooming appoinments. Check pets in and out, ensuring all client information is accurate. Maintain client records, vaccination records, and grooming notes. Process payments and handle cash, credit card and POS transactions. Communicate clearly with groomers regarding clients requests and pet needs. Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming. Provide updates to pet owners as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred. Experience in pet care, veterinary, or grooming is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift 20-50 lbs as needed for assisting pets is required. Pay:
$16.50 - $22.00 per hour
