Experience & Qualifications Needed:
Demonstrates excellence in customer service within a professional environment, with the ability to build positive relationships Ability represent the company in a sophisticated and professional manner at all times. Maintains a sophisticated appearance and demeanor Service industry experience highly encouraged High School Diploma or equivalent required
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit….Sales or Service Obtains and records basic customer demographic information using a dealership sales control system. Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person. Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting for, or introduces the customer to a salesperson. Maintain sales floor appearance Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time Assist with other duties as assigned. Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager. Assumes the role of Audi Technologist for Audi Parker and assists with deliveries Aids in appointment setting with direction from GM and Sales Managers. Aid in assigned projects for marketing, events, and outreach campaigns
