The Center at Lincoln is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join our team. One weekend day per week is a requirement. Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Admits visitors and/or guests into the community as outlined in established policies and operational procedures Answers telephone and processes telephone calls properly Orders office supplies Maintains effective resident relations, while acting as a liaison between the Administrative staff and the resident population Handles work orders, resident complaint forms and submits these to the appropriate Administrative staff member Observes and protects residents' rights, including rights to confidentiality, privacy and dignity Practices safety procedures and complies with established reporting of accidents and injuries Assists with Collections of unpaid Patient Billing Issues Will assist Case Management team as well as Reception duties Create Admission Folders for New and Incoming Patents
