Temporary with the potential for Temp-to-Hire Ultimate Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish) to support a busy housing office. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for residents, applicants, vendors, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, applicants, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries. Translate and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with clients and staff. Schedule appointments and assist with visitor and applicant check-ins. Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management. Assist with processing applications, forms, and other office documentation. Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Distribute incoming mail and correspondence. Provide administrative support to office staff and management. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication). Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment and interacting with diverse populations. Requirements Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required. Reliable attendance and professional demeanor are essential.
