Job Description
Blissful Beauty Job Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate would be someone with a warm & friendly smiling face and voice to help make a clients experience at our spa exceptional from the moment they begin to book, to the time they leave. Someone who is able to problem solve and multi-task well if a problem were to arise.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the spa
- check messages, emails
- Set up for the day by getting water ready, opening the register and turning lights/ warming tables on.
- Offer drinks to guests, set them up in the waiting room or relaxation room.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, texts & emails
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email/text
- Wash, Dry and Fold Laundry
- Cash Clients Out Online and Get them Rescheduled
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing clients consent forms
- Help with email blasts for monthly specials
- Learn about spa services & products in order to provide information to perspective clients. Qualifications
- Someone who understands booking softwares and/or computers to book appointments answer emails etc.
- Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Customer Service Skills
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks while still maintaining composure and professionalism.

$18.00- $20.
