Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet clients and attorneys with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with precision Support office management activities including filing, document proofreading, calendar management, and scheduling appointments Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and productivity software to prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents Assist legal assistants, paralegals and attorneys Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all clerical tasks are completed promptly to support daily operations Experience Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with a strong background in clerical work and customer service Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry software Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone communication skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with office management tasks such as calendar coordination, filing systems, and time management strategies Join us as our Front Desk Receptionist to deliver outstanding service while supporting our team's success!
