Part-Time Front Desk Associate Surge Fitness Center North Haven, CT Job Details Part-time $16.94 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Moving Conducting guided tours High school diploma or GED Technical Proficiency Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Surge Fitness Center is a 25,000 square foot full-service fitness center located at 117 Washington Avenue in North Haven. We are looking for a friendly, upbeat, reliable individual to join our Front Desk team!

Shifts:

Mondays & Wednesdays 3:00pm-8:00pm & Fridays 2:00pm-6:00pm + subbing opportunities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet all Surge members when they enter and exit
Give tours of the facility and sign up new members
Address the needs and questions of our members in person and over the phone
Use our computer system daily to complete various tasks
Participate in the cleaning and tidying of our facility

Qualifications/Requirements:

Extremely friendly and upbeat
Always punctual and reliable
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong computer proficiency
Ability to lift and move 45-pound fitness equipment
High School diploma/GED equivalent required
