In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Provide customer support by addressing client queries and concerns promptly. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Assist with office management duties as needed to support daily operations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions. Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous but not required.
