Full Job Description Description:
Seasonal, Full-time position $17.00 per ; 40 hours per week Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Greet and direct all customers seeking services and/or information from NOI. Welcomes, informs, and directs all visitors, calls and customers in a courteous and expeditious manner Ensures that all customers, community leaders and officials feel welcomed and well received by the agency.. Directs visitors to sign in and calls the person with whom they are meeting.

If designated staff member is not available, calls an assigned contact person. Contacts appropriate departments if a visitor appears without an appointment to determine if the visitor can be seen or needs to leave information for a follow-up call. Maintains and keeps organized the reception area, so that customers and visitors can be assisted in an orderly, pleasant, timely and business like manner. Maintains a visitor log and provides summary information as requested. Directs visitors to elevators and bathroom facilities, as appropriate.
Requirements:
1 - 2 years of related experience and/or training preferred. Ability to do various and multiple tasks Telephone Skills Interpersonal Skills Microsoft Office skills. Time management Organizational Skill Customer Service Recordkeeping Written and oral communication skills Ability to work with diverse groups Bilingual a plus
