Job Description

We're looking for front desk agents to join our team. Applicants should be highly customer service oriented, positive, friendly and outgoing. Please also be organized, responsible and reliable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Front Office in ensuring the smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operations of the Front Desk including Switchboard. Oversee Bell and Door staff. Provide excellent customer service and assist in situations to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure department adherence to company policies, procedures and standards to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded. Coordinate hotel emergency procedures within the scope of defined plans. Prepare reports, handle special projects and assignments as required.
POSITION
: Full time.
SCHEDULE
: Must be open to working weekdays, weekends, holidays, and be flexible for a combination of AM (7am to 3pm) and PM (3pm to 11pm) shifts, as needed. You must have a
COMPLETELY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
1 year front office agent experience, including handling large group arrivals. Candidates must be able to write and speak both english and spanish fluently. A service excellence and relationship role model with strong personality including dealing with all guest service situations while continually ensuring guest satisfaction about Hotel standards.
