You'll welcome clients, coordinate appointments, assist our artists, and help keep daily studio operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates professionally, and stays organized in a busy environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Responsibilities Greet clients and provide professional, welcoming customer service in English and Spanish. Answer phone calls, emails and message inquiries. Schedule and confirm appointments, manage booking updates, and communicate changes to clients and artists. Follow up with inquiries and help clients book appointments and consultations. Process consent forms, medical forms, and other required paperwork accurately while maintaining client privacy. Verify client identification according to studio policies. Collect deposits, process payments, handle cash, and check out clients. Share approved aftercare instructions and refer treatment-specific questions to the appropriate artist or provider. Support clients and artists throughout the appointment process. Track supplies and coordinate restocking and orders with management. Keep the front desk and common areas clean, stocked, and organized. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to assist clients confidently in both languages. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable taking initiative. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and learn new systems quickly. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with social media platforms. Previous front desk, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred. Schedule Part-time, 3-4 days per week. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview.
