32 - 40 hours a week, On-site About the Position We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer‑service‑oriented Receptionist / Clerical Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a startup Condo/HOA management company. This role is ideal for someone organized, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls Process sales and tenant applications. Basic data entry. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and deliveries. Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks Update calendars, schedule meetings, and support basic office coordination Provide general administrative support to management and staff Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized Compensation & Benefits $17.00 per hour Stable schedule.
