Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service - From the moment a guest walks through the doors to the time they leave our Spa Coordinators have multiple responsibilities to ensure the best experience. Booking Appointments Guiding guests throughout the facility Answering questions about services, products, providers via email, over the phone and in person. Responsible for maintaining proper records and notes in guest's files. Assist with inventory. Checking in orders, labeling, restocking maintain appearance of retail area. Help maintain professional and clean work environment. This includes cleaning general areas, preparing locker rooms, doing laundry, etc.

Experience and Education Requirements Customer Service:

1 year experience (Preferred) Strong team player who promotes accountability Excellent customer service skills and work ethic Professional manner and appearance Able to work flexible days and hours including
