We're seeking a motivated in office Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our main office. Reporting to the Director of Administration , you'll be the reliable point person who keeps everything running smoothly managing communication, organizing documents, and ensuring the office stays efficient and welcoming. Position Summary In this essential role, you'll use your tech savvy skills, attention to detail, and peoplefirst mindset to support a range of administrative tasks. From greeting visitors to managing calendars and keeping the office organized, youll play a key role in maintaining seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Greet and assist visitors Perform accurate data entry Distribute intake forms Scan, organize, and file paperwork Monitor, manage, and respond to emails Communicate with insurance agents and adjusters Accept, sort, and ship packages and mail Restock office and facility supplies (printer paper, restroom supplies, etc.) Provide application information to job seekers Required Knowledge & Skills Microsoft Office Suite experience Intermediate proficiency with PDF software Familiarity with general office procedures and filing systems Clear, professional written and verbal communication Strong organizational and time management abilities Accurate, detail oriented data entry Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments Education & Experience Requirements 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years of administrative support experience 2+ years of customer service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic math and calculation skills The Good Stuff 3 Weeks PTO 8 Paid Holidays 401(k) match - 4% Contribution to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance STD, LTD, FMLA, and Life Insurance coverage Casual office environment Why Youll Love Working Here This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in an organized environment, and loves helping a team succeed.
