Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service- From the moment a guest walks through the doors to the time they leave our Spa Coordinators have multiple responsibilities to ensure the best experience. Multitasking Booking Appointments Cash drawer management Guiding guests throughout the facility Answering questions about services, products, and providers via email, phone and in person Responsible for maintaining proper records and notes in guest files Assist with inventory - checking in orders, labeling, restocking, and maintain appearance of retail area Help maintain professional and clean work environment - this includes light cleaning of general areas, preparing locker rooms, laundry, etc.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Customer Service:

1 year minimum (preferred) Strong team player Excellent customer service skills and work ethic Professional manner and appearance Able to work flexible days and hours including
