Alon Building Products, a leading distributor of flooring materials serving the Miami, Tampa, and Orlando markets, is looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our team. If you are organized, professional, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors at the front desk. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and administrative documents. Create and process invoices and sales orders using QuickBooks. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Required Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing). Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.). Experience with QuickBooks is required. Highly organized, punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.

Job Details Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay:

Starting at $20.00 per hour
