Overview We are seeking a smoke-free, dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties Greet clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone that may enter the office Manage phone, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and promptness, if applicable Maintain organization , both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading Schedule appointments for estimators, coordinate calendar management, and assist with meeting arrangements Support office management, maintaining cleanliness of common areas Perform basic bookkeeping duties Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support within a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and productivity software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective phone communication and client interaction abilities Bilingual capabilities is a plus and is highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members effectively Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills will enhance your success in this role Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant and become an integral part of a supportive team dedicated to excellence!
