Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and databases such as QuickBooks Handle clerical responsibilities including filing, proofreading, and document preparation with attention to detail Support office management activities like inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Assist with basic bookkeeping duties and client communication to enhance overall office productivity Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse clients and team members Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous office experience including data entry, clerical tasks, and front desk responsibilities preferred Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus Exceptional time management skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Technical proficiency in office management tools such as spreadsheets, calendar management, and filing systems Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; personal assistant experience also beneficial Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm and professionalism will make a meaningful difference every day!
