The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, create a welcoming experience for our clients, and help support the salon's daily operations. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming salon experience. Book, confirm, and manage client appointments accurately. Answer phone calls and assist clients with scheduling and general inquiries. Prepare and serve beverages for clients. Maintain an organized and clean front desk and reception area.
