Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist and become the welcoming face of our organization! As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your technical proficiency, organizational skills, and friendly demeanor will contribute to an efficient and professional office atmosphere. Duties Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them to appropriate personnel or departments Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages with professionalism and courtesy Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and updating office records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and courier services Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and basic administrative support Utilize computer skills for data entry, proofreading documents, and managing client communication records Assist with office supply inventory management and ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming Experience Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Familiarity with office management tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and productivity software Experience using multi-line phone systems and handling phone etiquette professionally Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, data entry, and proofreading tasks Technical proficiency in computer literacy including data management, EMR, calendar management, and general office software This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a welcoming workplace.
