We:

STARS Rehab is a committed outpatient private practice in beautiful Saint Augustine, FL that offers physical, occupational and speech therapy services. We currently have four locations in the county with plans on expansion which makes opportunities present. STARS has been open for 15 years and has a well established reputation as the premier provider of rehabilitation services in Saint Augustine. Locally owned and dedicated to improving the level of care and awareness of the benefits of rehabilitation services. We are seeking a Full-time Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing industry leading patient care and education. As a growing organization, our commitment to the development of our teams provides opportunities for a rewarding career path. Greet visitors and patients ensuring a positive first impression Flexible and willing to float between office's to provide coverage Answer phones, refer patients to the appropriate person or department, register and schedule patients, collect and post payments Maintain electronic records Balance and close the end of day reports and all other duties as assigned Knowledge of electronic medical records software and Microsoft Office products as well as the ability to learn new programs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in the medical field is desired, customer service experience required Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as a great culture to work in.
