Manage all front desk operations , including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling resident inquiries with efficiency and courtesy. Coordinate access control , including visitor check‑ins, contractor/vendor verification, and maintaining accurate logs for building security. Support package and delivery management , ensuring proper logging, secure storage, and timely resident notifications. Assist with administrative tasks , such as filing, scanning, data entry, updating resident records, and preparing documents for management. Monitor lobby activity to uphold building safety, cleanliness, and luxury service standards. Communicate effectively with building staff , including security, valet, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle resident service requests , work orders, and follow‑ups through the property management system. Provide concierge‑style assistance , including local information, amenity reservations, and general resident support. Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front desk environment that reflects the high standards of the condominium community. Assist with scheduling , including amenity bookings, management appointments, and vendor access coordination. Support management with resident communications , notices, and special projects as needed. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling resident information and building operations.
